Leveson ready to quit as head of Enquiry?

The judge leading the investigation into media ethics in the wake of the phone hacking scandal is poised to quit following a public attack on the probe by the Education Secretary.

Lord Justice Leveson complained to Downing Street’s most powerful civil servant about claims made by Michael Gove that the inquiry had created a ‘chilling atmosphere’ towards freedom of Press, according to the Mail on Sunday.

Michael Gove you will remember is the Scottish born, Scottish educated, Scottish Public schoolboy millionaire that David Cameron thought was the ideal person to be in control of ENGLISH state schools!

Presumably because he had seen some when being driven from his home in Aberdeen to University in Oxford.

Leveson should stay and Gove should go!

    • That is debatable!
But the method by which he aired his views was wrong and, apart from Osborne, no one does wrong more spectacularly than Gove.
